Hey everyone! So last week I was beginning to tell you all about our honeymoon in New Zealand. We started in Auckland, rented a car, and ended the trip down in Queenstown. Follow along for some of the things we did, places we stayed, and food we ate! Our final destination was Queenstown, so from Picton, we tried picking a place that was somewhat in the middle. We ended up settling on Tekapo, which was 7 hours away from Picton and another lakeview town that thrives on tourism
Hello Friends! I'm finally writing about all of our adventures to the southwest this past autumn. What an incredible trip! I have always wanted to go to the Grand Canyon, and I an surely say that it did not disappoint. We also stopped at the Hoover Dam, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, and ended with Zion (which was surprisingly my favorite!) Day 1: Hoover Dam Kicking it off with the Hoover Dam, we flew into Vegas, and hit the road en route to the Dam. Quite honestly, I didn'
For all my fellow travel bugs- this one is for you! I've been working with a few clients that travel all over the world, and want to display their memorabilia from along the way. From coffee mugs to works of art, to vintage sewing machines, there are so many different pieces to work with in order to create a travel enthusiast home without being overwhelming. I guess I never realized how many people are into traveling -- not sure why, maybe because I grew up in a family that
Yes, I travel a lot and man do I love it. I love exploring new places and finding new adventures along the way. Not going to lie, I get pretty anxious when I don’t have a trip planned in the works. It may seem like a waste of time or money to some people, but this is what I love doing and this is what makes me happy. And, now I’ll share with you some of the reasons as to why I make traveling a priority Long Distance Relationship Okay, well yeah, this goes without saying.
If you’re anything like me, you absolutely love the look of a good carra marble. Unfortunately, with that stunning beauty comes a steep price tag and lots of maintenance. Cabernet drinker? Yeah me too. Clumsy? Even better. Spill a glass of that all over your white marble counter and watch the beauty instantly fade away before your eyes. Even sealed, marble finds a way to let any small amount of liquid into its pores, which then in turn causes discoloration and staining.
So how many of you out there have a group of friends that try to hangout and can just never seem to find a time that works for everyone? I know that my group of best friends can’t. No matter what we do, group texts, google hangouts, there always seems to be something that pops up last minute that cancels our plans. We all love hanging out and are so close, but let’s face it, planning around 5 busy girl’s schedules is a total nightmare, even when we all live within an hour
Pretty much every week for the past couple of years I travel for work and to see my boyfriend down in Philly. I almost always have a suitcase packed with my travel essentials, rarely taking them out for more than a couple days if they even ever manage to make it out. And with that, I have pretty much become an expert on packing for traveling. Over the next few weeks I'll be taking three separate trips that will require flights. So, I thought that this would be a perfect
Our trip to Hawaii and running in the Honolulu Marathon. Aloha! As you all may have seen the 29137842 photos that I uploaded while on vacation, I am just getting back from my first trip to Hawaii! My goodness I can’t say enough about the island. From the friendly people, to the amazing local, organic food, to the endless opportunities of adventure, I fell in love with this place. Mike + I went to Oahu because his sister was running in the Honolulu marathon and asked if we wa
