The Ten at Ten
Floor lamps, one of the best ways to add a cool personal touch to a space, while also being practical. Now, I don't use floor lamps for every project, but there are definitely some projects that make a lot of sense to have a floor lamp.
Living in the Boston area, a lot of my clients who live in new developments don't have recessed lights. They have dim lit spaces that are in dire need of lighting. Floor lamps add that perfect amount of light for reading and add a nice ambiance.
